ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Top Nut Industrial will not accept any returns (including warranty claims) unless such returns are authorized in writing in advance using a Return Goods Authorization form (RA).

The RA must be correctly filled out and emailed to:  contact@topnutindustrial.com

Once the RA is received, you will be notified by email that your return is being assessed.

We will review your reason for return and contact you if more information is required.

If no further information is necessary and your request meets our requirements, we will send you an email notifying you that your request has been approved and provide you with an RA#.

Please note the following:

  • Goods may be returned for a period of 30 days from original invoice date only.
  • Goods must be returned undamaged in their original packages including a copy of RA form.
  • Goods must be returned by PREPAID freight
  • Goods may be subject to a restocking charge
  • Goods must be returned within 20 days of the Return Authorization issue date
  • Discontinued, obsolete or special order items may not be returned.

 

  • If the return meets our criteria, a credit will be issued and your credit card refunded.
  • If the return does not meet our criteria, you will be contacted for further discussion and ultimate resolution.
